Location: Rochdale
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Very Competitive

Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm (Early Finish)

Our client is a well-established and highly respected manufacturer, recognised for quality, innovation, and long-standing customer relationships. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Operative to join their manufacturing team in Rochdale. This is a permanent staff position offering long-term stability and a highly competitive salary within a well-run production facility.

The Role

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, operating machinery, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment. You will be involved in the full production cycle, playing a key role in maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and charging mixing vessels

• Weighing and blending raw materials

• Operating production machinery

• Packing and labelling finished goods

• Maintaining high housekeeping standards

• Following health & safety and quality procedures

About You

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

• Forklift truck licence desirable (not essential)

• Comfortable with manual handling and machine operation

• Strong attention to detail

• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
